update_output.txt [1] says:
trying: biber
skipped: biber (0, 7, 44)

    * amd64: texlive-full

The problem seems to be the "Breaks: texlive-bibtex-extra (<< 2016.20160927)"
in the new biber.

biber should migrate to testing when the new texlive-extra is in testing.
