Bug#843704: libnet-pcap-perl: FTBFS: t/09-error.t fails with newer libpcap

As noticed by ci.debian.net, this package fails its test suite
on current sid, making it fail to build from source.

This regressed on 20161029 or so:

The reason looks like just a cosmetic change in libpcap diagnostics:
