   This module is deprecated

Therefore please also in the package Description do mention the same.
Users would like to know before considering installing it, and rather
important, don't you think?

Also add some deprecated Tags.

P.S., it is rather hard to understand how one is supposed to use the
package anyway just using its docs alone...
