trusty => xenial libcgi-fast-perl

Dear Packagers,

I have issue upgrading with the libcgi-fast-perl changes throught time,
version number changed completly

Trusty :
ii  libcgi-fast-perl                5.18.2-2ubuntu1.1
Xenial :
ii  libcgi-fast-perl                 1:2.10-1


The socket was before created in a BEGIN now it s done after,
i deal with that, now the program stop after on request,

It stop when i call , print $q->header(-status => 500, dbg => "ERROR32")
which is what the test should reply,

Last executed line is :

CGI::unescapeHTML(/usr/share/perl5/CGI.pm:2220):
2220:       require HTML::Entities;

which seem to be present here:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.22/HTML/Entities.pm

This did not exist in the previous version.

Is there some information somewhere about the changes ?
