Bug#845771: pkg-perl-autopkgtest: configurable whitelist of stderr output in use.t

Package: pkg-perl-autopkgtest
Version: 0.33
Severity: wishlist

It might be nice if use.t allowed some stderr output as whitelisted in
(say) debian/tests/pkg-perl/use-allow-stderr. A one-line regexp would
probably do fine, to be fed to 'grep -v' or something. Removing empty
and comment lines first would be nice.

This would enable us to for instance allow certain deprecation warnings
that we want end users to see, while still catching any regressions.

(This was motivated by the Any::Moose discussion around
 https://lists.debian.org/debian-perl/2016/11/msg00035.html )
