Well, some day we all should agree about what to do with those FTBFS bugs.
Some people disable the tests when it's clear they are not
well designed (kudos to you and Niko). Some people downgrade to
important routinely and keep the test failing for everybody.
And in some extreme cases, we apparently have to "negotiate a support
contract" for the privilege of reporting them:

Could we please ask the release managers about this?
(i.e. what to do with non-deterministic FTBFS failures).
