Drop libmarpa-r2-perl?

Hi all,

libmarpa-r2-perl were used by libcatmandu-perl until 1.0001-1, but no 
longer from 1.0304-1 onwards, and not used by any other packages in 
Debian.

It is a complex package to build.

Any objections to dropping the package from stretch+sid?
