Bug#824839: librrd-simple-perl: FTBFS on armhf and arm64: t/23graph.t failures

Hi Russ!

You did the initial upload of librrd-simple-perl to Debian back in
2013, so I'm seeking your opinion wrt. removing it from sid as part of
the pkg-perl ongoing effort towards removing the most hopeless of our
RC-buggy packages.

Summary:

 * This package was not shipped in Stretch due to this bug.

 * On https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=78785 you've
   attached a patch that fixed the problem on x86_64, but sadly it
   doesn't fix it on armhf and arm64.

 * This is a leaf package and popcon is fairly low:
   Inst = 43, Vote = 5.

Are you interested in working further on this problem?

Would you mind if we removed this package from sid?
