Dear Maintainer,

The package libwww-perl is Architecture: all, but cannot
satisfy build dependencies across multiple architectures.

The package installs files in /usr/share/* and /usr/bin.
These files cannot differ across architectures (due to the
package being Architecture: all), making the package a good
candidate to be marked Multi-Arch: foreign.
