I don't see where it uses debsums. I'm actually unsure if it's really
a good addition to the debsums package or if it should rather be
packaged standalone.

Oh, and JFTR, since Google Code is frozen (and likekly to be shutdown
somewhen in the future), the project is also hosted on GitHub:
https://github.com/abradley/dpkg-diffs

It also already has one pull request there.
