Bug#857747: debsums: feature request for debsums:option to ignore deleted localizations

It would be convenient if debsums had an option to ignore unwanted
localizations. That way files deleted by bleachbit would not be among those
listed as "missing" in debsums --changed, making the output easier to read for
those who delete locs to save space like myself. Say the option is --noloc,
then the argument would be the language(s) the user prefers. So in my case,
--noloc en. I'm not sure how bleachbit finds localizations but files in the
directory /usr/share/locale and any file with a localization in its name (from
what I've seen these are ISO 639-1 names) would be suspect.  Or we could just
check bleachbit's source code to see how they do it. :) Thanks all!
