Bug#876534: please allow autopkgtest-pkg-octave as a value for the Testsuite field

Dear Maintainer,

octave support has recently been added to autodep8 (see #874306).

This means that the value "autopkgtest-pkg-octave" is now valid for the
"Testsuite" field in debian/control.

Please therefore that it is now beeing accepted by "cme fix dpkg".

BTW, it looks like other values should also be added (perl and ruby seem the
only ones currently accepted):

$ ls autodep8-0.10/support/
dkms  elpa  go  nodejs  octave  perl  python  r  ruby
