Yeah. I can imagine some more generic hooks in autodep8 that would allow
configurable test dependencies, but I'm not terribly excited about adding
such complexity.

I've disabled the syntax.t and use.t checks in libwx-glcanvas-perl.git
for now, mirroring what libwx-perl does. Not closing this bug outright
in case somebody has more ideas.
