Right, I think that's the case.
Thanks for catching this.

I've now bumped the versioned (build) dependency in git, and I expect
an upload in the near future for other reasons.

Not sure if the severity should be raised; both packages were
uploaded in lockstep and will migrate together, so "naturally" there
shouldn't be a problem (unlike in your - very much appreciated! -
tests). But feel free to go ahead.
