Dropping debhelper and related bug, since this is just about libtermkey.

Both of these issues have come up before in #809162.  At the time, I
sent a patch to libtermkey's upstream to avoid the crash and then forgot
to follow up on it.

I've sent a prod and will try to keep on top of it better this time. :)

My experience is quite the opposite.  I've run into multiple issues in
Vim's tests due to </dev/null redirection.
