These bug reports are more than welcome as they are 
invaluable to help me improve cme :-)

The call for suggestions was mainly targeted for Debian
 Perl team.

No, it's a valid bug. 

X*-Ruby-Version will be accepted if Maintainer is Debian 
ruby team or if the source package begins with ruby. [1]
