This package has a dependency on

 libtest-simple-perl (>= 1.302136) | perl (>= 5.27.12)

but Perl 5.28.0-RC1 (currently in NEW, soon in experimenta)
only bundles Test-Simple-1.302133.

This makes libhash-storediterator-perl fail its test suite with Perl
5.28 because its build dependencies don't pull in the newer Test-Simple
anymore.
