gsl/2.5+dfsg-1 appears to break libmath-gsl-perl/0.39-1 autopkgtest in testing

Dear maintainers,

With a recent upload of gsl the autopkgtest of libmath-gsl-perl
version 0.39-1 started to fail in testing. See:
