Bug#892763: libpandoc-wrapper-perl should not use the stage1 profile

libpandoc-wrapper-perl should not use the profile name "stage1". The
reasoning can be found in a similar bug report against
libpandoc-elements-perl (bug number pending). Please consider applying
the attached patch.
