Bug#898011: libconfig-model-perl: new version breaks multiple autopkgtests of other packages

With the upload of version 1.123-1 of libconfig-model-perl the
autopkgtests of libconfig-model-dpkg-perl, libconfig-model-systemd-perl
and libconfig-model-tkui-perl started to fail. This is currently
delaying the migration of libconfig-model-perl version 2.123-1 to
testing. Can you, together with the maintainers of the failing packages
(which I CC'ed to this bug), please investigate if the failure is caused
by libconfig-model-perl and if it is more severe than failing test cases
or if the tests of those packages need updating (e.g. for testing
deprecated functionality)?

If the issue is in the autopkgtests of the other packages, please clone
and reassign this bug. In this case and if you want your package to
migrate in a timely fashion, please contact me after the maintainers of
those packages agree and I can add an ignore hint to the migration software.
