Hi!

This package by default stores cache files under ~/.dh-make-perl/, and
its config from the same place. It would be nice if these could
default instead to the XDG cache and config directories [X], so that
we can get a clean home directory. :) At which point the command-line
option (--home-dir) kind of loses its meaning and two new ones might
be needed perhaps.

Given that moving these around might be considered tricky, if taking
into account shared home directories, or backwards compatibility, I
think reading both XDG and legacy directories in that order, by
default would be fine.

Thanks,
Guillem
