   * What led up to the situation?
	I performed an apt full-upgrade but apt discovered broken packages and started removing cinnamon packages
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
	I tried to reinstall tasksel and task-cinnamon-desktop but it said that liblocale-gettext-perl needed but cannot be installed
