Shutter has (unfortunately) been removed from Debian

Dear Mario,

Shutter has been removed from Debian archive [1]; this means that
shutter will not appear in future Debian releases (e.g, Debian 10
"Buster"). The main reason was the deprecation of libgnome2's perl
bindings. Don't worry, current stable Debian release (Debian 9 and
older versions) will keep shutter there intact. The package tracker
page will still be available in the next few years. [2]

While it's a pity to move shutter away from Debian, I personally
really like it and would like to see its resuscitation if the current
issue could be solved. If you manage to migrate shutter away from
obsolete libraries like libgnome2-*-perl (and ideally onto GTK+3),
please contact me (as well as Debian Perl Group) and I'd be happy to
help you get shutter back to Debian and / or other distribution's
archive.
