Thanks for the bug report. Looks like we have some packaging ahead.


For the record, the dependency tree of missing packages seems to look
like:

Menlo::CLI::Compat
    Menlo
         CPAN::Common::Index
             Tie::Handle::SkipHeader
         HTTP::Tinyish
         Win32::ShellQuote (?!)
