Control: affects -1 src:gtk+3.0

Dear maintainers,

With a recent upload of gtk+3.0 the autopkgtest of libgtk3-perl fails in
testing when that autopkgtest is run with the binary packages of gtk+3.0
from unstable. It passes when run with only packages from testing. This
appears to be the same reason as reported in this bug.

Currently this regression is contributing to the delay of the migration
of gtk+3.0 to testing [1]. To notify the maintainers of that package of
the reason of the delay, I write this message to this bug with them is CC.
