should we remove src:libdate-range-perl and src:libmime-lite-tt-html-perl

Hello folks,
i just noticed of these 2 packages because i'm still the uploaders for
them; they were dependencies of src:checkgmail, which has been removed
from unstable in july this year, and they have no other reverse deps,
so... let's remove them too? or if
someone has interest in them, please adopt them and remove my name
from uploaders so they'll disappear from my DDPO page.

If i dont hear anything back in a week, i'll file for their RM.
