Now, the example should be fixed, removing defined keyword, as advised:
$ perl /usr/share/doc/libcdk-perl/examples/examples/selection
Can't use 'defined(@array)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at
/usr/share/doc/libcdk-perl/examples/examples/selection line 37.
