Bug#919773: RFH: libdbd-sqlite3-perl / #919773

Hi mips porters,

we have a test failure of libdbd-sqlite3-perl on mips only: #919773
and neither the perl team nor upstream [0] were successful so far.
Maybe someone with mips knowdledge could take a look?
