And will lintian be backported to oldoldstable? And if yes wouldn't
this go sid -> buster -> buster-backports + maybe
strech-backports-sloppy?

Backporting the buster version of libio-async-loop-epoll-perl to
stretch-backports might work (I haven't checked dependencies etc.)
but does this really make sense?
