Bug#904561: libgtk2-gladexml-perl: Don't ship libgtk2-gladexml-perl in Buster

Hi,

next step here is to remove this package from sid,
as it blocks the removal of libgtk2-perl (#912860).

Thankfully, no new reverse-dependency has appeared since then :)

That's #904562. The package was orphaned more than a year ago,
no reply to my bugs on the BTS ⇒ will request removal right away.

I've made that bug (#904559) RC and have sent one last ping to the
maintainer; if I still get no reply, I'll go through whatever process
is needed in order to request the removal.
