Bug#941982: libsys-info-base-perl: missing file Sys/Info.pm

Package: libsys-info-base-perl
Version: 0.7807-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

I wanted to get the number of CPUs (see Sys::Info::Device::CPU man page),
but this fails at "use Sys::Info;":

$ perl -MSys::Info -e ''
Can't locate Sys/Info.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Sys::Info module)
[...]

There is no such issue with upstream's module version 0.78 (at least
before perl 5.30). (I haven't tested the latest version yet due to a
bug that occurs under Debian with the latest version of some
dependency.)
