Hi,

I marked the package for accept, but our hardworking trainees left a note:

 Copyright is, conceptually, something time limited.  So we need the
 copyright years for the `Files: *` to be given, not just the copyright
 holder.

 I think that d/copyright needs to say explicitly that Kang-min Liu
 holds no copyright on this package, rather than just having the link
 to the github issue, in case that link 404s.

 Adam Kennedy's copyright is from 2008, not 2002, according to
 inc/Module/Install.pm

 License should be called 'Expat' not 'MIT'.
