I only touched libtitanium-perl because it is an rdep of libcgi-application-plugin-viewcode-perl, which I split into two packages to get rid of its dependency on pkg-components (bug#933116). I worked on bug#933116 as part of yesterday's low-hanging fruit session, not because I have any interest in CGI::Application stuff.
