Bug#977594: liblist-moreutils-perl: autopkgtest regressions, breaks lintian

For libmakefile-dom-perl it helps to add a build dependency on
liblist-moreutils-xs-perl to fix the test failures during build.

For lintian, I get the same errors when checking dehydrated (#977554)
-- both the versions currently in unstable -- but not when I
re-install liblist-moreutils-xs-perl.


So it looks like the simple fix is to add liblist-moreutils-xs-perl
as a dependency to liblist-moreutils-perl; and *cough* as a matter of
fact, I see now that liblist-moreutils-perl's META.yml has

requires:
  List::MoreUtils::XS: '0.430'

Sorry for missing this. And too bad liblist-moreutils-perl's test
suite as run during its autopkgtests didn't spot it.
