Many packages cannot be cross built, because their transitive dependency
on libtest-harness-perl (often via libmodule-build-perl) is not cross
satisfiable. On the next rebuild of libtest-harness-perl, the perl
dependency will be annotated :any due to a recent debhelper change. Once
that happens, the multiarch hinter will ask marking it Multi-Arch:
foreign. I ask now. Please consider applying the attached patch.
