mimedefang cannot satisfy its cross Build-Depends, because its
dependency on libarchive-zip-perl is not satisfiable. It's an
Architecture: all package without maintainer scripts. The only
dependency on perl will be annotated :any once rebuilding with current
debhelper. That makes it eligible for being marked Multi-Arch: foreign.
Please consider applying the attached patch.
