ripit: Unescaped left brace in regex will be fatal in Perl 5.32

Indeed the error has gone with 1.15. But hey, the package is in an
absolutely desolated condition. The lintian warnings are filling a
book.

Well as 5.32 is on the way should we push the severity to grave?
5.32 resides in experimental.
