missing dependency and cannot install chrome

 Found the root cause - my ISP has blocked port 80. I can get it using https. 
Very wierd, I will resolve with them. Thanks for replying.

Dear Rajeev,

This looks like a transient error, as the package file exists.

Has the problem resolved, or do you still have issues with your Dockerfile?
