Bug#963046: libcddb-get-perl: freedb server down

Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

the freedb.freedb.org server was switched off since April, so you can’t 
get any CD information anymore.

I found that you can use the gnudb.gnudb.org server.

Maybe you should change the default server.
