Right, that was lintian 2.57.0 breaking libconfig-model-dpkg-perl;
the latter is fixed in version 2.132.

Maybe lintian should add a "Breaks: libconfig-model-dpkg-perl (<<
2.132)" …
And maybe we should create a backport for libconfig-model-dpkg-perl …
