Error dependence libtext-brew-perl/testing,unstable 0.02-1 all

Hello Perl maintainers,    after entering the command "apt search ~c" the configuration files of "libtext-brew-perl/testing,unstable 0.02-1 all" are marked as deletable. However, the configuration files cannot be removed by the command "apt purge ~c". But I was not able to find out if the configuration files are really without dependency or not marked correctly so that they are deleted later. The behaviour does not seem to be correct to me.
