let's drop libparse-keyword-perl and its reverse dependencies

I suggest that we drop libparse-keyword-perl and all of its (few)
reverse (build-)dependencies.

It is deprecated and discouraged upstream, as also documented in its
package description, and is mostly unused in Debian - used by...

 libkavorka-perl
 libmoops-perl

I introduced those libraries but have no use for them any longer.
(latest use removed with the release of libtype-tiny-perl 1.012001-2).

libkavorka-perl seems now used only by libcloudflare-client-perl and
libnet-dns-cloudflare-ddns-perl - which seems totally broken, see
bug#983473.

All in all, I propose that we drop these source packages from Debian:

 libparse-keyword-perl
 libkavorka-perl
 libmoops-perl
 libcloudflare-client-perl
 libnet-dns-cloudflare-ddns-perl

I would appreciate if someone would take a second look to ensure I
didn't miss something - and preferably if they agree they file this as a
removal request for ftpmaster (so that I can move on to other tasks).

Kind regards,

 - Jonas
