Dear Maintainer,

after installing the package on a clean and dedicated server, following
the README.Debian file provided on:

Please note that after first installation, or after an upgrade, it's recommended
to call http://your_ocs_server/ocsreports/install.php ;

but the apache server does not start with the error:
