2.13-1 is already in Git but has a note in d/changelog:

  WAITS-FOR: libmojolicious-perl 9.0
 
so it's "just" waiting for someone to update Mojolicious to a new
major release.

(I think I even looked at it and saw that it needs update to the
embedded jquery etc. handling and skipped to one of the other almost
200 packages with a new upstream release which was more
straightforward. But we'll get there!)
