please help backports libconfig-model-dpkg-perl

Hi,

  The Package: lintian in bpo, Version: 2.115.1~bpo11+1, has Breaks:
libconfig-model-dpkg-perl (<< 2.151),

but libconfig-model-dpkg-perl only in stable has version 2.143.

dh-make-perl depends libconfig-model-dpkg-perl too,

After I installed lintian bpo, then I install dh-make-perl, I'll get the
errors:

apt install dh-make-perl
[...]

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 lintian : Breaks: libconfig-model-dpkg-perl (< 2.151) but 2.143 is to
be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
