t/timeo.t has a hardcoded timeout of 0.12, which seems a bit
arbitrary to me.

Going through the upstream git history is fun.
The value started at 0.1010, then to 0.102. then to 0.11, and finally
to 0.12, the second and the third increase mentioning "slow machines"
in the commit messages.


I guess we can either bump the value (to what?) or skip the test …
