The upstream bug at https://github.com/libwww-perl/HTTP-Daemon/issues/57
is unfortunately quiet. 

FWIW https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/181632 looks like at least
NixOS just dropped the test.

Guess we should do the same for now but I didn't really look into the
actual issue.
