Hi,

debian/copyright accepts some fields for mk-origtargz including:
 * Files-Included
 * Files-Excluded-<component-name>
 * Files-Included-<component-name>

For now Debian::Copyright fails. It is easy to add "Files_Included" in
Debian/Copyright/Stanza/Header.pm but handling Files-Excluded-<component-name>
requires to change more things.
