As seen on ci.debian.net, libmojo-sqlite-perl recently fails the
t/connection.t test:

Maybe I'm wrong, but there's a coincidence with the recent upload of
URI 5.11 and some other test failures in other packages. And the
tests pass in testing (with URI 5.10).
