And I can't reproduce this anymore with libminion-backend-sqlite-perl 5.0.6-1
and sqlite3 3.38.1-1 in unstable.

So my current _guess_ is that this was a problem in sqlite3 3.37.x …

(Not sure if and where we can express this as a dependency as we have
libminion-backend-sqlite-perl → libmojo-sqlite-perl →
libdbd-sqlite3-perl → libsqlite3-0 / libsqlite3-dev …)

There's also an interesting discussion going on in the upstream issue
